    Your few Flying Fish Kayak is warranted against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of shipping.
  • How far can I expect to travel in my kayak on two fully charged batteries?
    A normal range is 28 miles at 3 mph in calm water. This equates to about nine hours of run time.
  • Can a Flying Fish Kayak operate on a single battery?
    Yes, just the same as two batteries but with one half of the range.
  • Are batteries and a paddle included with the kayak?
    No. A battery selection guide is included with the product information packet.
  • Can a Flying Fish Kayak be used in saltwater?
    Yes. As with all saltwater use, rinse with fresh water after use is advised. Do not leave your kayak sitting in salt water for an extended period of time.
  • How long does it take to recharge a kayak battery?
    About four hours maximum from a 110-volt outlet.
  • Can I get replacement parts for my Flying Fish Kayak?
    Yes. Each part is designed to be replaced as necessary. Parts are available upon request at our current cost. An instructional video is included to help with installation.
  • How difficult is it to install and remove the batteries and motor?
    This can be accomplished with one hand, so not too difficult.
  • What is the risk-free trial?
    A Flying Fish Kayak comes with a 30-day trial period which begins when your kayak arrives. If the kayak does not perform to your satisfaction, return it in undamaged condition for a full refund of your original purchase price.
